A Little Bit of Nature

Take a walk with me down memory lane, through strawberry hills and meadows filled with wild flowers...little abstract landscape to bring some joy and connection to nature. I am drawn to these colours and dreaming of rolling hills and green pastures...

A new colour story for this series of abstract beachscapes and landscapes.

I've given myself the freedom to play and experiment in the studio and this has been an intensely satisfying excercise and a fresh new direction for my art. The interesting thing is that I am using the same tools, paint and colours with the results being so different yet still very familiar to my original style. These artworks are created with thick layers of paint and a palette knife.
