Random Memories

Completely unexpected result of an over painting & some pent up creative energy and quite a bit of impatience. Highly textural with layers peeking through and pops of brights here and there. This artwork takes me back to the early days of my surface design course when we experimented with mark making through scraping paint on prepared surfaces and creating texture and patterns.

Original artwork created with acrylic paint on gallery wrapped stretched canvas.

Artwork colours are indigo, pink, aqua & mint. 

Artwork size is 101cm x 101cm and it comes with a wire across the back ready to hang on the wall.
